No Matter What Damage Repair Policy
In late 2004 Eagle Creek introduced an exclusive new line of luggage called the Exploration Systems or ES. We are so confident in the engineering and durability of these products that we have added a Damage Repair clause to our existing Lifetime Warranty. This policy states that all Exploration Systems luggage products are covered by a no-matter-what-policy: If your luggage is ever damaged (even by the airlines) we'll repair or replace it free of charge - no matter what. Keep in mind this is a damage repair policy, not a theft or loss policy.

Sold as a chassis only, you will need to add at least one conversion kit to make the carrier functional.
