Master workout will be at Carroll the this week at 6pm. I hopefully don't have a schedule ocnflict. The following week August 5th I will be out of town. If you are interested in the roller ski camp in Jackson this fall please try to come this week.

Master skiers

Sorry I forgot to post the work out. I can't make it tonight but for those who do meet at the spenst hill at Caroll. 10 classic spenst dirlls with focus on preload without poles, then x 10 with poles. Then 3-by drills with focus of pre-load on the second step. Then cross over drill x 3 each side with focus on "pre-load again. Next week will be the spenst hill again but we will also work on the roller ski camp. Sorry I can't make it as I had another commitment.

Master work out will meet at Dump Gulch trail head tomorrow evening at 6:10 for a poling ski striding work out.

On another note; we will be having the annual roller ski camp in Jackson this fall. We need to start planning on who want to come and how many days. It will be in Oct during a school break. Last year we rented a Condo and eveyone pitched in on the cooking. Lets work out the detail after practice this thursday. So if your interested in the roller ski camp please try and come tomorrow.

The Last Chance Nordic Ski Club meets at The Base Camp every 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m.
