Master skiers
We will not have the weekly spenst at Carroll hill. If the golf course is groomed, we will have a headlamp ski around at 6pm. Just a chance to get on snow and ski together. If we have grooming and decent snow, we will have a 10am ski session at the golf course on Saturday. Let's hope for a few more inches.

Master Skier
We will have a spenst session at the Carroll hill at 6:10 on Thursday. We will be working on some longer intervals focusing on pacing. Hope to see ya there. ON Saturday, 9am at the Base Camp (weather pending) we will meet and car pool for roller skiing. We had a great session last week. If we have a group of people that are interested in learning to roller ski we can put together a shorter work out.

Master work out will meet at Dump Gulch trail head tomorrow evening at 6:10 for a poling ski striding work out.
On another note; we will be having the annual roller ski camp in Jackson this fall. We need to start planning on who want to come and how many days. It will be in Oct during a school break. Last year we rented a Condo and eveyone pitched in on the cooking. Lets work out the detail after practice this thursday. So if your interested in the roller ski camp please try and come tomorrow.

Carl and Andrea Anderberg have volunteered to host an in-town after-skiing meeting location if we ski at Bill Roberts. For now….unless the snow melts: Plan on meeting at 11 a.m. at the Bill Roberts golf course, 2 p.m. social gathering and masters meeting to go over the race calendar, sign-up for assistant coaching duties, a February date to go off site, time trial events and other ideas. Bring an after ski snack for munching and or drinks. Please try to come!
We will focus on correct double pole tech, V2, V2 alternate, some double double and long versus short cycle technique. If someone has a video we can also take some footage for review at the meeting.
